Charging process

Trickle charging:

Disconnect the charging cable (black) from the
battery negative terminal (-).

Information
The following chapter is only applica-
ble to the LED version of the standard
operating panel.

In the setup menu, select the characteristic curve
type according to the type of battery to be
charged or the requirement, in accordance with
the "Characteristic curve" chapter.
Information
Do not connect the charging cable to
the battery. It is not possible to select
the type of characteristic curve if the
charging terminals are connected.

Connect the mains lead to the charger and plug
into the mains

The charger is in no load mode - both ready-
for-use indicators light up

Press the Stop/Start button for about 10 seconds
to open the setup menu

Selecting the characteristic curve type

Press the stop/start button, to select the character-
istic curve type according to the "Characteristic
curve" chapter.
If there is no further selection in the next 10 sec-

onds, the selected characteristic curve type is
saved.
Information
Do not connect any battery during the
10 second period. If a battery is connect-
ed during this 10 second interval, the
characteristic curve type is not saved.
Both ready-for-use indicators light up.
