Important: Orient the PVC inner-ball by pushing and pulling the VLUV ball-casing, with the valve opening in
the middle, towards the two zip halves. If possible the valve opening should be positioned further to the side
on which the zip is later closed.
If the PVC inner-ball has been inflated to about 80-90% in the VLUV textile casing, you can release the PVC

inner-ball. Now you can already close the zip as far as possible.
3.4 Achieving the correct inflation hardness
The correct inflation hardness has been achieved if only small creases are present in some positions. Ideally you
should now leave the VLUV for 2-3 hours with the closing valve screw closed and afterwards check whether the
creases are still present. If this is the case, try to smooth them away by hand. If this doesn't work, slightly increase
the air pressure until they are smoothed away. It must be possible, using a fist, to press the VLUV 5cm inwards.
