6.2.3 FEL / Flash Exposure Lock / Nur Canon
• Saving the flash exposure sets the correct flash for a desired part of the
subject.
• To do this, press the <FEL> button (if there
isn't one, use the <*> button) if <ETTL> appe-
ars on the LCD display.
• 1. Focus on the subject.
• 2. Press the <FEL> button.
• Keep the middle of the view-finder on the
subject and press the <FEL> button.
• The flash will trigger a pre-flash to take a measurement and the required
flash power for the subject will be set.
• Each time the <FEL> button is pressed, a pre-flash is triggered and the new
flash power will be saved.
• If the subject is too far away and is underexposed, <
