Oil and lubrication points
Lubricate or oil all sliding or jointed parts of the

overrun device every 10000 - 12000 km or every 12
months ( 8).
Type of lubricant: DIN 51825 multipurpose grease
Preventive maintenance
White rust on hot-dip galvanized vehicle parts does
not affect safety and can be reduced by means of the
following measures:
Ensure good ventilation when parking or storing
„
hot-dip galvanized parts.
After winter operation, wash the hot-dip galvanized
„
surfaces with clean water (e.g. steam-jet cleaner).

Repairs

Spare parts are safety parts!
For installation of spare parts, we exclusively re-
commend original AL-KO parts or parts expressly
approved for installation by us. In order to clearly
identify spare parts, our service stations require
the spare part identification number (ETI).
Repairs may only be carried out by competent,

trained personnel.
If repairs are necessary, an extensive network of

AL-KO service stations is available for our custom-
ers across Europe.

Disposal

Machines, batteries and rechargeable batter-
ies that are no longer required must not be
disposed of with household waste!
