To reassemble the MT Standard 50/75, position the blades as
6
shown in the following image and fix them by tightening the four
bolts previously removed using Allen key No. 4 (K).
Levelling the blades
Cutting effectiveness may be lost over time due to misalignment of the blades. Below, we describe how to solve this
problem, adjusting the distance between the blades and the grid to make them completely level. To carry out this
operation, the machine must be clean. You must also use protective gloves during the levelling process.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to switch it off.
1
Then disconnect it from the electrical current by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
Measure the distance between the two ends of the blades and the grid with a caliper or other measuring instrument, as shown in the
2
following images, to check that the blades are completely parallel to the grid of the machine.
Open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain access to
3
the blades.

Replace the grid back on top and fasten it with the four latches.

If the distance is not the same at both ends, the blades must be levelled
so they don't affect the cutting process. Proceed as described below.
Loosen, without removing, the four nuts shown in the following
4
image using Allen key No. 3 (J) and a fixed wrench No. 10.
