Once the correct distance has been set, remove the grid and

re-fasten the set screw on the shaft with the help of Allen key No.
3 (J).

Sharpening the blades

IMPORTANT: Warning: To carry out this operation, it is essential to wear protective gloves and follow the safety
recommendations since you will be working in direct contact with the blades.
First, press the ON/OFF switch on the machine to turn it off and

disconnect it from the power supply. IMPORTANT: The machine
must be stopped and disconnected before manipulating it.
To remove the blades and sharpen them, you must unscrew

the bolts that join them to the motor shaft using Allen key No.
4 (K). IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
To reassemble the MT Standard 50 or 75, position the blade as

shown in the following image. Using Allen key No. 4 (K), fix them to
the shaft with the screws that were previously removed.
Finally, replace the grid on the top of the machine and fasten it

with the four latches.
Next, open the four latches on the grid and remove it to gain

access to the blade.
Finally, sharpen the cutting area of the blades. To optimize the

cut, we recommend steaming the blades with vegetable oil. If
you need more information on how to sharpen the blades,
contact the manufacturer.
Replace the grid back on top and fasten it with the four latches.
