Insert the flowers carefully, distributing them evenly inside the

container and avoiding excessive accumulation or overlapping.
NOTE: You should avoid putting an excessive amount of flowers
into the container. It is important that they do not accumulate and
the contact of the flowers with the grid is not lost, since in that
case, the cutting would be irregular.
Open the container door so that the food grade silicone paddles

of the agitator can expel the processed product. A greater
inclination of the machine will facilitate product removal. Close the
door again once the flowers have been removed.

Quality control

Check the appearance of the cut flowers once the trimming process is finished. If the result obtained is not as
desired, put them back into the container.
If the cutting time has increased or the quality of the flowers has deteriorated compared to previous batches, check
that the machine does not require levelling, adjustment or cleaning of the blade. Later sections of this manual
describe all of these processes in detail.
Removing material from the bag
First, press the ON/OFF switches on the machine to turn it off.

Then disconnect it from the electricity supply by unplugging
it. IMPORTANT: The machine must be stopped and
disconnected before manipulating it.
ON/OFF
Remove and empty the contents of the bag. The bag can be

washed in a washing machine, or by soaking it with Master Clean
liquid from the cleaning kit and scrubbing it by hand.
IMPORTANT: Never remove the upper protective grid from the blades until the movement of the blades has
stopped.

Close the lid of the container and wait between 30 and 40 seconds

until the cut of the flowers is as you wish.
NOTE: The trimming time may vary depending on the variety and
conditions of the flowers.
Repeat as many times as desired from step 2 to continue

operating, or turn off the machine by pressing the switches.
Pull the bag upwards at first to unhook the ring from the supports

and then downwards to remove it.
Once the cleaning/maintenance operations have been carried out,

replace the bag by reversing the previous steps.
