Step away from the urinal for at least
10 seconds so that the detection
range can be remeasured.
Result
✓ Once the procedure has been
completed, the flush will be actuated
and the detection distance will be set.
The urinal is ready for operation.

Replacing the batteries

Prerequisite
– Refer to illustration sequence
page 283 while carrying out the
instructions.
– 2 replacement batteries (alkaline
batteries, 1.5 V, AA) are available.

Demount the urinal flush control. →

Disconnect the cable for the battery
or rechargeable battery
compartment. → See illustration

Remove the battery compartment.

Open the cover, remove the
batteries and dispose of them.

Insert the replacement batteries.

are not used very often, the rechargeable
battery will not charge sufficiently. If a

detection range, this indicates that the
rechargeable battery is almost empty. →
