WARNING:
It is recommended to stir the contents of baby food jars during the warm-up cycle so that the temperature is
even.
3. A few minutes*** after being switched ON, the green pilot light will come on and the appliance will emit five
short beeps to indicate that the warming cycle has been completed. . It is recommended to remove the bottle
or baby food jar immediately to prevent the contents from overheating. If you are using the baby food jar/
feeding bottle support, you can lift it up and hook it onto the upper rim of the warmer; this will make it safer
to manage and prevent burns
4. *** Warning: the warming cycle time and final temperature of the food can vary considerably, depending on
the type and size of the containers (plastic feeding bottles, glass feeding bottles, jars ...) the amount of food
being warmed, the starting temperature (ambient or fridge temperatures), the consistency of the mix and the
type of electricity used to power the appliance (home or car).
5. To switch off the bottle warmer, move the knob to the central 'O' position and disconnect the bottle warmer
power cable plug from the mains socket.
6. On removing the bottles and/or baby food jars from the bottle warmer, dry them carefully before feeding
your baby.
WARNING:
Before feeding your baby, always check the temperature of the contents is not too hot.
If the food is not hot enough, replace it in the bottle warmer, and repeat the warming cycle. Check the warming
status at regular intervals, taking care not to burn yourself, until the required temperature is reached.
In particular:
a. For feeding bottles - Shake the feeding bottles for a few seconds to ensure the temperature of the contents is
even; then check the temperature by squeezing a few drops onto the inside of your wrist.
b. For baby food jars – Stir the contents of the jar to make sure the temperature is even, then taste it with a
spoon to check it is not too hot.
USE WITH THE CAR PLUG
WARNING: Do not use the bottle warmer in the car when it is in motion as the water could heat up quite con-
siderably and cause burns if it spills.
1. Place the bottle warmer inside its base on a flat, stable surface. Follow the instructions in part 1 of the USE
AT HOME section.
2. Check that the switch is set to the central "0" (OFF) position, and plug it into the car cigarette lighter socket.
3. Follow the instructions in parts 3 and 4 of the USE AT HOME section.
4. To switch off the bottle warmer, move the switch to the central 'O' position and disconnect the bottle warmer
power cable plug from the car cigarette lighter socket.
5. On removing the bottles and/or baby food jars from the bottle warmer, dry them carefully before feeding
your baby.
WARNING:
Before feeding your baby, always check the temperature of the contents is not too hot.
The car cigarette lighter adaptor runs on a completely different voltage from the one used at home; the warming
up times will therefore differ quite considerably.
MAINTAINING THE TEMPERATURE
At the end of the warming cycle, you will hear 5 short beeps and the green LED will come on, unless you switch
it off (turning the knob to "O"), the appliance will keep the food warm for a maximum of 60 minutes from the
start of the cycle; after 60 minutes, the appliance will switch off automatically.
Warning:
During the maintenance cycle, the temperature of the food may rise above 37°C.
Always check the temperature of the contents before giving them to children.
CLEANING, CARE & MAINTENANCE OF THE APPLIANCE
When you finish using the appliance, always unplug the bottle warmer's power cable plug from the mains socket.
Allow the bottle warmer to cool down completely, remove any water left inside and dry the inside thoroughly;
store it in a clean and dry place.
