14 - WARRANTY
Air Liquide Medical Systems S.p.A. warrants the product
free from material and manufacturing defects for a period of
120 days from the date of purchase, provided the operating
conditions and instructions are complied with.
If the product is found to be faulty during normal use, it will be
repaired or replaced at the manufacturer's discretion.
The manufacturer accepts liability for the safety, reliability and
performance of the device only if it is used for the intended
application and in accordance with the operating instructions.

manufacturer or an authorised workshop.
The original packaging must be retained for the entire warranty
period.
Claims under the warranty should be submitted to your local
dealer, who can also provide further details of your warranty
rights.
