System wiring is made easy as all controllers and the vaporizers plug into
their respective pieces of electronics with cabling supplied.
Connect the two yellow thermocouple extension wires provided by
plugging the vaporizer thermocouple wires into the female connector ends
and the male ends into the connectors marked Thermocouple
Temperature and Thermocouple Limit Control at the rear of the
temperature controller. Either of the two thermocouples can be plugged
into the thermocouples connectors as they are interchangeable. There is
only one type of thermocouple connection, which is a female Panel Jack
connector.
Make your electrical connections following all guidelines. The vaporizer is
supplied with a rubber insulated service cord, in which case you would
follow all standard wiring practices.
Wire the DLI vaporizer in a safe manner following local and national
electrical codes using appropriate wire sizing, temperature rating and
fusing (circuit breakers), a disconnect (switch) is recommended.
