The bread maker programme will be reset due to "lost memory" in the computer chip.
Depending where the bread maker stopped during the cycle, you may be able to leave the
dough in the bread maker until it rises to the desired size. Reconnect the electricity and set the
programme to "Cuisson" (bake) for immediate baking. The baking time can be controlled
manually. Stop the bread maker when the desired crust colour has been reached.
PASTA DOUGH
Programme: 8 (Pâtes fraîches)
Duration: 0:13
Use this setting to prepare pasta dough. Once this cycle is completed, remove dough.
DOUGH
Programme: 9 (Pâte)
Duration: 1:30
This setting makes dough only and will not bake the final bread. You may make dough of any
kind using this setting. Dough can then be shaped to make pizza, rolls, pretzels, doughnuts and
round or braided breads that must be baked in an oven or fried in a deep fryer.
Ingredients:
1 cup of milk
3 tbs of sugar
2 tbs of butter or margarine
1 egg (beaten)
1 tsp of salt
3 ½ cups of all-purpose flour or bread flour
2 ¼ tsp of quick-rise yeast

Measure the ingredients accurately and add to the baking tin in the order listed above
(liquid ingredients first).

Insert the baking tin in the bread maker. Close the lid.
3.
Press the START key.

After the cycle is completed, remove the dough from the baking tin.
5.
Let it rise for 10 minutes.
6.
Shape the dough as desired.
7.
Cover the dough, let it rise for 30 minutes in a warm, draft-free area.
8.
Bake as directed in each shaping variation until golden brown.
Yields 2 loaves of 12 x 24 cm or 24 rolls.
BUTTER
Programme: 10 (Beurre)
Duration: 0:30
Use this setting to warm butter. The temperature is set to melt butter but not overheat it.
Copies of the I/B. Please reproduce them without any
changes except under special instruction from Team
International BELGIUM. The pages must be reproduced
and folded in order to obtain a booklet A5 (+/- 148.5 mm
width x 210 mm height). When folding, make sure you
keep the good numbering when you turn the pages of
the I/B. Don't change the page numbering. Keep the
language integrity.
