10. Screw on the charger holder (with charger
inserted) to the device head until you hear all
of the contents of the charger release into
the bottle.
11. Shake the device again as described in step 8.
NOTE: The device requires 2 chargers per fill.
This also applies if the filling amount is less
than 1 L (one quart).
12. Unscrew the charger holder and dispose of
the empty charger.
13. Attach the decorator tip to the nozzle adapter.
14. Insert the nozzle adapter into the socket on
the device head until it locks.
15. Place the Thermo XPress Whip in the drip tray.
Dispensing
16. To dispense the contents gently press the
push button on top of the device head where
it indicates: PRESS.
NOTE: The initial extraction – approx. ½ cup –
will always be runny. This is normal and repre-
sents the liquid that was inside the riser tube.
Shake the whipper again if the consistency is
still too runny.
NOTE: The device head gets hot to the touch
when preparing warm applications.
NOTE: Do not keep the device warm in a
bain-marie or in a water bath.
Important instructions for Use
Pre-cooling/pre-heating the stainless steel
bottle before filling it improves the thermal
performance.
Cold application: The cream/prepara-
tion should be cool when poured into the
bottle.
If the preparation contains gelatine, set it
aside to cool to room temperature before
pouring it into the bottle. After allowing
the preparation to cool, fill and charge the
iSi Thermo XPress Whip. Store filled whipper
on its side in the fridge for at least 12 hours.
