Cold preparations remain cool for up to
4 hours in the iSi Thermo XPress Whip
depending on the filling level and the room
temperature.
A device that is under pressure may be re-
cooled by storing the device on its side in
the fridge for at least 12 hours.
WARNING: Never store a filled device in the
freezer or deep freezer compartment!
Warm application: The preparation should
be as hot as possible when poured into the
bottle (maximum 95 °C/200 °F).
Hot preparations remain warm for up
to 4 hours in the iSi Thermo XPress Whip
depending on the filling level and the room
temperature.
If a hot or slightly warm preparation has to
be quickly cooled down to room temperature
after pouring it into the bottle, the filled iSi
Thermo XPress Whip can be left open in the
fridge to cool (without the device head). The
device is now ready for use.
The preparation should be dispensed from
the device as close as possible to the time
of consumption.
Periodically clean the decorator tip and
nozzle adapter during use (every 1 - 2
hours).
