Install Wiper Motor into Rear Glass (cont.)

30-45 in-lbs
Hand-tighten
Step 5
From the inside of the glass, place the
remaining inner isolator (#513.03)
between the wiper motor and the
glass, making sure to align it with the
top cutout area in the gasket and with
the washer coupler.
Screw the plastic washer coupler nut
onto the protruding threads of the
washer coupler on the inside of the
glass. Hand-tighten only.

Step 6
SLOWLY tighten these parts to the
following specifications using the
torque wrench:
- #10 screw and #10 nut: 12-15 in-lbs
- Wiper output shaft nut: 30-45 in-lbs
Hand-tighten the Washer Coupler
- Do Not Overtighten!
