agents. It is prohibited to use other agents than those indicated in the manual. Before replacement or dismantling the inserted tool,
disconnect the gas cartridge and the battery.
CONDITIONS OF OPERATION
Use solely the joining elements indicated in the manual. The nailing tools and the joining elements indicated in the manual
constitute a single system from the point of view of safety.
Use solely the type of gas cartridges indicated in the manual.
To repair the tool use solely original spare parts, indicated by the manufacturer or their representative. Repairs should be realised
by specialists authorised by the manufacturer. NOTE! Specialists are people who due to professional training or experience
have suffi cient knowledge regarding nailing tools and are suffi ciently acquainted with relevant regulations regarding accident
prevention, directives and general technical regulations (e.g. CEN and CENELEC standards), in order to ascertain safe work
conditions for the nailing tools.
Tool stands, for example fi xed to the working table, should be designed and made by the manufacturer of the stands in such
a manner that they permit to install the tool safely, in accordance with its purpose, and preventing its damage, deformation or
displacement.
For the purpose of maintenance use solely the lubricants indicated in the manual.
Nailing tools with contact activation or continuous contact activation, marked with the legend „Do not use on scaffolds or ladders",
should not be used in certain applications. For example, if the change of the place of driving of the joining elements in requires the
use of scaffolds, stairs, ladders or similar structures, e.g. roof laths. To close crates. To fi x transport safety systems, for example
on vehicles and wagons.
The indicated noise values are tool specifi c values and do not refer to the noise emitted at the place of work. The noise at the
place of work will depend for example on the environment of work, the processed object and the support of the processed object.
Depending on the conditions at the place of work and the form of the processed object, it may be necessary to use individual
means of noise suppression, like placing the processed objects on noise suppressing supports, pressing or covering of the
processed objects. In special cases, it is necessary to use hearing protections.
The indicated values of vibration are tool specifi c values and do not mean the action on the hand-arm system during operation of
the tool. Each action on the hand-arm system during operation of the tool will depend for example on the force of grip, pressing
force, direction of work, adjustment of power supply, the processed object and the support of the processed object.
Before each operation make sure the safety mechanism and the switch mechanism function correctly and all the screws and nuts
are properly tightened.
Do not modify the tool without authorisation of the manufacturer.
Do not dismantle any parts of the tool, such as the safety device, or make them inoperative.
Do not realise any „urgent" repairs without proper tools and equipment.
It is recommended to regularly maintain the tool in accordance with the manufacturer's manual.
Do not cause weakening or damage of the tool, for example through perforation or engraving, modifi cations unauthorised by the
manufacturer, leading the tool along templates made of a hard material, e.g. steel, dropping or pushing on the fl oor, using the tool
as a hammer, using excessive force of any kind.
Never point a working tool towards yourself or another person.
During work keep the tool in a manner that prevents head or body injuries in case of a possible rebound caused by a power failure
or hard spaces inside the processed object.
Never start the tool pointing it towards an empty space, in order to avoid any risk caused by freely fl ying joining elements or a risk
caused by an excessive stress in the tool.
Carrying the tool, disconnect it from the power system, particularly if it is necessary to use ladders or adopt an unusual position
while moving. The tool may be carried at the place of work only if it is held by the handle, and never with the switch pressed.
Take the conditions at the place of work into account. Joining elements may go through thin processed objects or slip down the
corners or edges of the processed objects, causing a danger to people.
Use personal protection means, such as hearing or eyes protections.
Caution with the gas cartridge
The gas cartridge contains a highly infl ammable gas. Be particularly careful during storage, transport, installation and removal of
the combustible gas cartridge, so as to avoid fi re or explosion while handling the cartridge.
Before you start to use the gas cartridge, get acquainted with the information provided by the manufacturer. While using the gas
cartridge, it is required to strictly observe the recommendations indicated by the manufacturer of the cartridge. Particularly, do not
exceed the range of temperature between +5 and +30°C during use, storage and transport of the cartridge. Do not expose the
cartridge to direct sunlight. The cartridge should be stored in well ventilated rooms. Do not approach fi re or other sources of heat
whose temperature exceeds +50°C with the cartridge. The cartridge must be kept away from children. The cartridge should be
disposed solely in indicated containers. Do not cut, perforate, squeeze, destroy or burn cartridges, even if they are empty.
Never use the same dosage valve again. It must be replaced every time the gas cartridge is replaced.
