CASSA DI FONDAZIONE CON TRATTAMENTO ANTICORROSIONE IN CATAFORESI
Cassa in fondazione con coperchio in acciaio con
trattamento anticorrosione in cataforesi, completa di leva
di trasmissione con fermo anta in apertura regolabile.
Spessore da 1,5 mm ai lati e 3 mm sul fondo cassa,
predisposta per il drenaggio e il passaggio dei cavi
elettrici.

Installazione
Installazione
1 - Fissare le zanche alla cassa con viti e dadi.
2 - Attenzione: le zanche vanno fi ssate in base alla
posizione della cassa rispetto al cancello e se
l'apertura è verso l'interno ⓐ o l'esterno ⓑ.
3 - Scavare una buca per la cassa.
4 - Predisporre delle scatole di derivazione e tubi
corrugati necessari per i collegamenti elettrici e
quello per il drenaggio.
5 - Riempire la buca con del calcestruzzo.
6 - Immergere la cassa posizionandola addossata e a
fi lo pilastro facendo attenzione che i tubi corrugati
e quello del drenaggio passino attraverso i fori
predisposti.
7 - Attenzione: il perno della cassa deve essere in
asse con il cardine superiore del cancello e a una
distanza di 94 mm del pilastro (7).
8 - Livellare la cassa al suolo e attendere che il cemento
si solidifi chi per almeno 24 h.
Pulire l'interno della cassa dai residui di cemento.
9 - Lubrifi care il perno della cassa di fondazione, la
leva di aggancio, la staff a cancello e assemblare il
tutto.
10 - Montare l'anta inserendo solo il cardine superiore.
Verificare che l'anta si apra e si chiuda senza
diffi coltà.
11 - Fissare con viti adeguate o saldare accuratamente
l'anta al braccio di trasmissione.
12 - Fissare il coperchio con le apposite viti.

Prima di procedere è sempre opportuno verifi care le
normative specifi che vigenti nel luogo d'installazione.
I componenti dell'imballo (cartone, plastiche etc.) sono
assimilabili ai rifi uti solidi urbani e possono essere smaltiti
senza alcuna diffi coltà, semplicemente eff ettuando la
raccolta diff erenziata per il riciclaggio.
Altri componenti (schede elettroniche, batterie dei
trasmettitori, etc.) possono invece contenere sostanze
inquinanti. Vanno quindi rimossi e consegnati a ditte
autorizzate al recupero e allo smaltimento degli stessi.

FOUNDATION BOX WITH CATAPHORESIS CORROSION-PROOF TREATMENT
Foundation box with cataphoresis corrosion-proof
treated steel-cover, complete with transmission lever
plus adjustable opening gate-leaf stop.
Thickness from 1.5 mm on the sides to 3 mm on the
bottom of the box, set up for drainage and threading of
electric cables.

Installation
Installation
1 - Fasten the brackets to the box using nuts and
bolts.
2 - Caution: fasten the clamps according to how the
casing is positioned with respect to the gate
and whether it opens inwards ⓐ or outwards. ⓑ.
3 - Dig a pit for the box.
4 - Set up the necessary junction boxes and
corrugated tubing for the electrical connections
and drainage.
5 - Fill the pit with cement.
6 - Sink the box and position it against and fl ush with
the gate post, making sure the corrugated and
drainage tubes can pass throught their holes.
7 - Warning: the box pin must be aligned with the gate's
upper hinge and 94 mm away from the post (7).
8 - Level the box with the ground and wait at least 24h
for the cement to set.
Clean away any cement residues from inside the
box.
9 - Lubricate the foundation box pin, the anchoring lever
the gate bracket and assemble everything together.
10 - Mount the gate leaf by only inserting the upper
hinge.Make sure the gate lead opens and closes
fl awlessly.
11 - With proper screws or welding fasten the gate-leaf
to the transmission arm.
12 - Fasten the cover using the apposite screws.

Before proceeding it is always a good idea to check your
local legislation on the matter.
The components of the packaging (i.e. cardboard, plastic,
etc.) are solid urban waste and may be disposed of without
much trouble, simply by separating them for recycling.
Other components (i.e. electronic cards, remote control
batteries, etc. ) may contain hazardous substances. These
must therefore be handed over the specially authorised
disposal fi rms.
