En la utilización de aparatos eléctricos y tableros
de distribución, inevitablemente hay determinadas
piezas de estos que están sometidas a una ten-
sión peligrosa y piezas mecánicas que pueden
moverse con rapidez, incluso maniobradas a
distancia.
Si no se observan las disposiciones de seguridad
e indicaciones de advertencia, pueden producirse
graves lesiones corporales o daños materiales.
Antes de realizar trabajos en la parte fija del
tablero de baja tensión, aislar de alimentación el
tablero (incluida la auxiliar), proteger contra reco-
nexión, asegurarse de que no hay tensión, poner
a tierra y cortocircuitar.
¡Observar todas las prescripciones y requisitos de
seguridad durante el funcionamiento!
El cuidado debe realizarse según se describe en el instructivo
8PQ9800-7AA73, capítulo 2. Además deben observarse las siguien-
tes indicaciones.
Para los aparatos incorporados, es obligatorio observar las indica-
ciones que figuran en el instructivo del fabricante.
4.1 Inspección
El procedimiento de inspección debe realizarse según se describe en
el instructivo 8PQ9800-7AA73, capítulo 2.3. Deben realizarse ade-
más las siguientes comprobaciones, para lo que hay que sacar la
unidad extraíble del cubículo y colocarla en una posición retirada:
•
Inspección visual de los contactos de la unidad extraíble
•
Inspección visual y prueba funcional de la mecánica de la unidad
extraíble
•
Inspección visual de los shutters que pueda haber

4.2 Mantenimiento

El mantenimiento debe realizarse según se describe en el instructivo
8PQ9800-7AA73, capítulo 2.4. Eliminar el polvo y la suciedad acu-
mulados.
4.2.1 Reinigen
Observar las indicaciones del instructivo 8PQ9800-7AA73, apartado
2.4.
Limpiar los contactos de seccionamiento principales de las unidades
extraíbles con ARAL 4005 o HAKU 1025/920 (con hidrocarburos) y
un paño suave. En las unidades extraíbles normales, los contactos
de seccionamiento deben extraerse ligeramente. Al hacerlo, procurar
que las dos palancas de retención derecha e izquierda de la parte
delantera se encuentren en la posición más baja (ver figs. en 4.2.2).

Warning
During operation of electrical equipment and
switchgear, certain parts are live and dangerous
voltages therefore present. Mechanical parts
can move very fast, even if remote-controlled.
Non-observance of the safety instructions and
warnings can result in severe personal injury or
property damage.
Before working on the fixed part of the low-
voltage switchgear, isolate the switchgear
(including auxiliary voltage), ensure it does not
switch on again, verify that it is free of voltage,
and earth and short-circuit it.
Comply with all regulations and relevant safety
rules!
The maintenance has to be carried out according to the operating
instructions 8PQ9800-7AA73, section 2. Additionally the following
notes have to be observed.
Please observe the manufacturer's operating instructions for the
installed equipment.
4.1 Inspection
The inspection has to be carried out according to the operating
instruction 8PQ9800-7AA73, section 2.3. Additionally the following
checks have to be carried. Withdrawable units must be removed from
the cubicle (removed position):
•
Visual inspection of the contacts of the witdrawable unit
•
Visual inspection and functional test of the mechanism of the
withdrawable unit
•
Visual inspection of available shutters

4.2 Preventive maintenance

The maintenance has to be carried out according to the operating
instructions 8PQ9800-7AA73, section 2.4. Any dust and dirt have to
be removed.
4.2.1 Cleaning
Please observe the hints in Operating instructions 8PQ9800-7AA73,
section 2.4.
Clean main isolating contacts of the withdrawable units with ARAL
4005 or HAKU 1025/920 (contains hydrocarbons) and a soft cloth.
The main contacts have to be driven out at the normal withdrawable
unit a little. Please observe the two levers at the left and right hand
side in front must be at lowest position thereby (see pictures section
4.2.2).
