Montaje y desmontaje de terminales de conexiones y paredes separa-
doras
Desmontaje:
•
Antes del desmontaje hay que retirar del compartimento la
correspondiente unidad extraíble y desembornar los cables
principales y de control.
•
Retirar los tornillos de fijación (Torx 30) para la chapa portado-
ra del conector hembra de los cables de control (a) y de la caja
de derivación (b) del compartimento [fig. A]
•
Soltar los tornillos y la chapa de separación con el comparti-
mento de conexión de cables (c), así como los tornillos de fija-
ción de la caja de derivación (d) y de la chapa de separación
pequeña (e) [fig. B], y retirar las chapas de separación [fig.

•
Tirar hacia delante de la chapa portadora del conector hembra
de los cables de control unos 20 mm de forma que quede en la
zona trasera por delante de la caja de derivación [fig. D]
•
Desplazar hacia la izquierda la caja de derivación [1], moverla
hacia atrás [2] y hacia arriba [3] para sacarla del anclaje del
fondo del compartimento, y retirarla [fig. E].

En caso de sustituir también los cables de control, desatornillar
el canal de chapa (f) del compartimento de conexión de cables,
retirar la regleta de bornes del perfil normalizado y extraer todo
el cableado de control con la chapa portadora del conector
hembra de los cables de control
Montaje :
•
Realizar los pasos descritos en orden y sentido inversos, fijar
los tornillos autorroscantes M6 (Torx 30 / 4 Nm).
•
El montaje está representado en el plano 8PQ5000-0AA67;
para compartimentos de 100 mm de altura, ver el plano
8PQ5000-3AA35.

Fitting and removing terminals and partitions
Removal:
•
Before removal, the corresponding withdrawable unit must be
removed from the compartment as well as clamping main and
control cables.
•
Remove fixing screws (torx 30) of the supporting plate for
control cables (a) and the outgoing feeder housing (b) [fig. A]
•
Unscrew the fixings screws for the separating plates to the
cable compartment (c), the screws for the outgoing feeder
housing (d) and the small separating plate (e), remove the sep-
arating plates [fig. C]

•
Pull the supporting plate for control cables approx. 20mm to the
front to release the outgoing feeder housing [fig. D]
•
Move outgoing feeder housing to the left [1], backwards [2] and
lift it up [3] to remove the outgoing feeder housing [fig. E]

•
If the control cables have to be changed, unscrew the cable
channel in the cable connection compartment (f), release the ca-
ble connection terminals from DIN rail and take out the control
cables including the supporting plate and terminals
Installation:
•
Follow the instruction beginning from the end in the opposite
sequence an direction and fix with the thread-forming screws M6
(torx 30 / 4 Nm).
•
The Installation is shown on the drawing 8PQ5000-1AA67, for
100mm high compartments refer to drawing 8PQ5000-3AA35.
