Not enough suction, too much dust:
The vacuum isn't turned on;
The sandpaper holes aren't matching the velcro
pad drilling;
The sanding plate brush is misplaced or worn;
Suction hose is clogged or bent;
The vacuum bag is full;
Misconnection between the sander and the vac-
uum;
Inadequate rotation speed;
The machine body heats too much:
Machine in overload;
There is poor assembly of the casing or parts in-
side the sander;
Supply voltage too low;
Sparks around the collector:
Brushes are worn out;
Inductive or induced in short-circuit;
Turn on the vacuum;
Place the sandpaper in the right position;
Place or replace the brush in the sanding plate;
Unclog or straighten the suction hose;
Replace the vacuum bag;
Connect the cables according to the installation in-
structions;
Adjust the rotation speed;
Reduce work pressure;
Check for any blockage or parts touching the car-
cass;
Check supply voltage and adjust according to tech-
nical specifications;
Replace the brushes;
Contact technical assistance;
