Procedure in loading mode (fig.3)
A. Switch on the line using the main isolator switch located on the electrical enclosure (fig.3, n°15).
B. Press the "general start" button (fig.3, n°16).
C. See the instructions for your volumetric divider for its settings.
H. Set the "Proofer" switch to "Loading" (fig.3, n°13).
I. Set the "Moulder" switch to "Automatic" (fig.3, n°19).
J. Press the green "Auto cycle start" button (fig.3, n°17).
The red button stops a cycle in progress (fig.3, n°18).
Procedure in Unloading mode (fig.3)
When there is no more dough in the hopper:
A. Press the red "Auto cycle stop" button" (fig.3, n°18).
B. Set the "Proofer" switch to "Unloading" (fig.3, n°13).
C. Press the green "Auto cycle start" button (fig.3, n°17).
The red button stops a cycle in progress (fig.3, n°18).
Other control button functions (fig.3)
• The UV button activates the Ultraviolet cycle (this mode stops trough motion automatically
after 30 minutes) (fig.3, n°20).
• The "rounder" button activates or deactivates the rounder located before the tray proofer
(optional) (fig.3, n°23).
• The red "Volumetric divider oil low" light indicates a lack of oil in the volumetric divider (the
oil must be topped up) (fig.3, n° 21).

MAINTENANCE
8.1
Daily, by a trained operator.
Clean the residue tray (fig.1, n°8).
Start the UV cycle (fig.3, n°20).
Check the flour dispenser level (fig.1, n°2).
8.2
Weekly, by a trained operator.
Clean the inside and outside of the machine (dry cloth, paintbrush, vacuum cleaner).
8.3
Annually, by an approved agent.
Check and adjust chain tension.
Lubricate chain pivots.
