OPERATION

Braked castors must be locked while the machine is in operation (fig.1, n°11).
Switch on the power to the machine at the start of the day using the emergency stop (fig.1,
n°10).
After switching on using the emergency stop and if your machine is fitted with a Misch
lubrication system (BEF - BEM) the knife start button (fig.2, n°14) must be pressed in order to
release the loaf pusher from the blades.
Operating procedure (fig.4)
A. Pull the lever towards you. If your machine is fitted with a rear cover (optional) (BEG – BEG
ETL - BET), the cover will open automatically when the lever is operated.
B. While pulling and holding the lever, place the loaf on the rear table (fig.3, n°14), between the
blades and the moving section.
C. Release the lever gently. This action will cause the loaf to be pushed through the blades.
Retrieve your sliced loaf once the lever has returned fully to its released position.
At the end of the day, press the red emergency stop button (fig.1, n°10) to switch the power off to
the machine.
Tip: Have a qualified individual check blade tension after the first few days of operation.
Capacity: Number of loaves sliced per day: 6,000 (depending on the type of bread).
