3 Assembling the dentist's stool

The C7-C8-C9 dentist's stools are supplied in two
parts inside the packing container.
The following items should be found inside the pack-
ing container:
● N°1 dentist's stool.
● N°1 User's manual.
Steps to be taken to assemble the stool:
● Take the bottom part (A) of the stool out of the
packing container and place it on the floor.
● Take the top part (B) of the stool out of the pack-
ing container and install it on the shank of the
gas-operated spring.
● Secure the two parts together by pressing firmly
down on the seat (e.g. actually sit on it).
When the above steps have been completed, the
stool is ready for use.

4. Using the dentist's stool

Before reading this chapter it would be a good idea to identify exactly which model dentist's chair you have
purchased - see Paragraph 2. To avoid confusion, only read the paragraphs relevant to the stool model you
have purchased.
4.1. Dentist's stool, model C7
Adjustment levers.
s Knob used to adjust the backrest tilt.
L Seat up/down adjustment lever.
Seat height adjustment.
● Sit on the seat as the weight of your body will
help move the seat down.
● Keep the lever (L) pulled up and the seat will
move down with the help of your body weight.
● To move the seat up again, keep the lever (L)
pulled up and lighten the load on the seat by
standing up slightly.
Adjusting the backrest tilt.
● Lean away from the backrest to remove your
weight from it.
● Turn knob s clockwise to tilt the backrest for-
wards.
● Turn knob s anti-clockwise to tilt the backrest
backwards.
