4.3. Dentist's stool, model C9
Adjustment levers.
L Seat up/down adjustment lever (can be operated
with the back of the hand to avoid touching it with
the fingers).
X Seat front tilt adjustment lever.
s Backrest horizontal adjustment lever.
Seat height adjustment.
● Sit down on the dentist's stool so that you can use
your own body weight to help push it down.
● Push the lever ( L ) horizontally towards the rear
and the seat will go down aided by your weight
bearing down on it.
● To move the seat back up, hold the lever ( L )
pushed horizontally towards the rear, stand up and
the seat will automatically move back up.
Seat front tilt adjustment.
This adjustment allows obtaining a perfect angle of
110° between the thigh and the leg:
● Push the lever ( X ) horizontally to adjust the seat
front tilt.
NOTE: Pushing the lever backward, the seat
tilts downward (-20°); pushing the lever forward, the
front part of the seat aligns with the rear part (0°).
Backrest horizontal sliding adjustment.
This adjustment allows adapting the backrest posi-
tion according to build.
● Pull the lever ( s ) upward and push or pull the
backrest structure.
NOTE: The backrest can be horizontally adju-
sted to 5 positions for a total travel of 50 mm.
Backrest tilt.
The backrest can be tilted on the vertical plane for
lumbar support of the operator.
The backrest can be turned in a range between +10°
and -5°.
