P = Problem.

A = Corrective action.
P: The dentist's stool does not move easily on the floor.
C: Check whether the dentist's stool wheels can all move freely or are obstructed.
A: Turn the stool upside down and clean the wheels removing any dirt that may have built up around the
pivots.
note: If the stool still does not move after the wheels have been cleaned, the latter need to be re-
placed (see paragraph 5.2).
P: the seat cannot be lowered.
C: Check whether the adjustment lever can move at least 3 mm up or down.
A: The handle is probably broken; call Technical Service.
P: The seat moves down by itself without the handle being used.
C: Check whether the adjustment lever can move at least 3 mm up or down
A: The pump is probably discharged or maintained activated by the handle; call Technical Service.
P: The tilted backrest does not return to its initial position and/or does not provide sufficient lumbar
support.
C: The backrest turns feebly without contrast.
A: The contrast spring of the backrest is probably broken; call Technical Service.
