5.2. Replacing the castor wheels
Proceed as follows if one or more castor wheels on
the C7-C8-C9 dentist's stool need to be replaced.
● Turn the stool upside down and then place it down
with the seat resting on a table or workbench and
the backrest on the outside edge of the table.
● Use a suitably-sized screwdriver to remove the
castor wheel by prizing it out.
● To re-install the new castor wheel, simply insert it in
the hole provided and secure it in place by banging
it down hard.
5.3. Replacing the seat upholstery
Dentist's stool , model C7.
Seat: remove the seat by undoing the 4 M6x12 screws using a 4mm Allen wrench.
Backrest: remove the rear casing by prising in the slot between the casing and the upholstery (the casing is
fastened with 4 snap-clips). After removing the casing, undo the 4 M6x12 screws using a 4mm Allen wrench.
Dentist's stool , model C8.
Seat: remove the seat by undoing the 4 M6x12 screws using a 4mm Allen wrench.
Dentist's stool , model C9.
Seat: remove the 2 lower casings by undoing the 4+3 M4x12 screws using a 3mm Allen wrench.
Then remove the seat by undoing the 4+4 M6x12 screws using a 4mm Allen wrench.
Backrest: remove the rear casing by prising in the slot between the casing and the vertical covering (the
casing is fastened with 4 snap-clips). After removing the casing, undo the 4 M6x12 screws using a 4mm
Allen wrench.
