• The Keep Warm mode will keep cooked food warm for serving up to
3 hours after cooking has finished.
• You can use the Keep Warm mode without any other cooking
operations or you can set it to activate after a timed or delay timed
cooking operation.
• You should not use this mode to reheat cold food.
• Proof provides an optimal temperature (95 °F / 105 °F) for the bread-
proofing process.
• For the best results, always start the Proof option with a cool oven.
• Stone accessory required.
• Bake on a baking or pizza stone for pizza and bread.
• Always preheat with a stone for the best results.
Always broil with the oven door closed.
Use care when opening the door. Let hot
air or steam escape before you remove
food from or put food into the oven.
