REHEAT regeneration cycle with chamber setpoint of 100°C,
needle probe setpoint of 65°C and holding cycle with chamber
setpoint of 100°C.
HOLD holding cycle with chamber setpoint of 68°C.
For cycles one and two the type of cycle can be selected: either
time or needle probe. The default setting is the needle probe
cycle. To switch to a time cycle, see the paragraph "SETTING
A TIME".
After selecting the cycle, to modify the chamber setpoint simply
press keys P6 and P7. The value flashes on the display and
the symbol °C flashes. The modification range is from 20°C to
105°C. Set the new value using keys P6 and P7 and press key
P3, P4 or P5 depending on the cycle selected to confirm the
change, in this case the needle probe setpoint is proposed and
can be modified, alternatively wait ten seconds for the timeout,
in which case the needle probe setpoint is not proposed, or
press key P1 to start the cycle. If the selected chamber setpoint
is lower than the holding setpoint for the selected cycle, the hol-
ding setpoint is made the same as the new chamber setpoint.
To modify the needle probe setpoint, press the key for the se-
lected cycle, the display shows the corresponding needle pro-
be setpoint, press keys P6 and P7 to modify the value. The
modification range is from 20°C to 105°C. The needle probe
setpoint must be set in accordance with the chamber setpoint.
Proceed as for the chamber setpoint. Press key P1 to start
the cycle. Modified setpoints are available only for the currently
active cycle. At the end of the cycle they are lost and the ap-
pliance reverts to the default values given by the relative para-
meters. A power failure resets the setpoints to default values,
if the power failure occurs during the cycle, at the end of the
cycle the default values are restored.
SETTING A TIME
To switch the cycle to a time cycle, after selecting the desired
cycle with keys P3, P4 or P5 press key P2. The display shows
the pre-set time flashing. Use keys P6 and P7 to modify the
time. The time can be set from zero to 999. Press key P1 to
start the cycle. In the case of exit from time setting due to a ti-
meout or key P2 being pressed, the cycle reverts to the needle
probe type. On selection of a time cycle the default value is
always proposed.
RUNNING "COOK" AND "REHEAT" CYCLES
While a cycle is running, L1 flashes until the chamber setpoint
is reached, after which it remains continuously lit. L2 lights to
indicate that the cycle is using a needle probe. Once the set
time has elapsed or the needle probe setpoint is reached, de-
pending on the type of cycle selected, the cycle ends and the
buzzer sounds intermittently until any key is pressed. At this
point, a holding cycle of infinite duration starts. The display
shows "HLd", the lights L1 and, if lit, L2 go out. Press key P1 to
halt the cycle and switch the control board back to STAND-BY.
While a time or needle probe cycle is running, and also during
a holding cycle, the chamber temperature can be viewed by
pressing key P3, P4 or P5. The temperature remains on the
display for five seconds.
NOTE: The time is shown in minutes, apart from the last minu-
te, which is shown in seconds.
RUNNING A "HOLD" CYCLE
When the cycle is running, the display shows "HLd" for its en-
tire duration. The temperature of the oven chamber probe can
be displayedby pressing key P3, P4 or P5. The temperature
remains on the display for five seconds. L1-L2 are off. Press
key P1 to halt the cycle and switch the control board back to
STAND-BY.
