Rubber seal

See figure 16. Make sure the rubber seal reach the bottom of the track.
See figure 17. Cut 45° only for return system with return rail. Fixate the rubber
seal with screws.

Fans

See figure 18.
Fans are not included in the basic package. For the best results, one fan per
extraction rail is recommended. It is also possible to connect several rails to a
central fan.
To get underpressure in the ducting system and avoid exhaust leakage, the fan
should be positioned as near the duct outlet from the room as possible.
Please contact your Nederman representative for advice on fan selection.

Adjusting the nozzle mechanism

See figure 21.
Application pressure
• Increase the pressure by turning the nut (1) clockwise.
• Decrease the pressure by turning the nut (1) counter-clockwise.
Gap between the clamping pieces
Adjust the gap with the screw (2).
Disconnection slide (only automatic versions)
The disconnection slide (3) is used to transfer the bowden wire's (4) pulling
force to the clamping device. When the bowden wire is actuated, the slide is
pulled back, actuating the disconnection device's operating lever (5). In order
to maintain the best performance, the slide has to be adjusted in the following
way:
• Fix the nuts (6) in a way that the slide is having a clearance of appr.
1–2 mm between the nuts.
• When the clamping device is closed, the operating lever (5) must not
be blocked by the slide. Thus, the nuts' position has to be adjusted
correspondingly.
