1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
2. Remove the upper radiator deflectors (1).
3. Raise and support the vehicle.
4. Remove the three fasteners (2) that secure each front
wheel house splash shield to the front fascia assem­
bly.
5. Pull back on the front wheel house splash shield and
remove the fastener (1) that secures the front fascia
assembly to the fender.
6. Repeat the removal steps for the opposite side.
