Hold the upper main frame (51) against the lower main frame (1) and connect
the two sensor cables ( 52 +53).
Note: Make sure the cables are connected correctly, otherwise no signal
will be transmitted to the computer. The cable connections must be on the
inside of the frame and must not protrude to avoid damaging the cables.
Fasten the upper main frame (51) to the lower main frame (1) with three Allen
screws (17), three washers (14) and three nuts. Then fit the three plastic caps (
46) onto the nuts (15).
Note: Make sure that all screws are tightened to avoid unpleasant
vibrations during training.
Fasten the hydraulic cylinders (21) to the upper main frame (51) with a
hexagon screw (33) and a washer (18). Place the two plastic caps (46) on the
two hexagon screws (33). Now insert the two hydraulic cylinders (21) into the
forks of the two pedal tubes (22) and fasten the ends in the forks with an Allen
screw (13), a washer (14) and a nut (15).
