8. MACHINE MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS

Attention
All the operations described in this paragraph must be
carried out solely by professionally qualified personnel.
Attention
Use only original spare parts; contact our technical as-
sistance centres for any requirements you may have.
For regular and safe functioning of the machine it is necessary to
periodically carry out the operations indicated in the rest of this para-
graph.
Attention
Before starting the operation, it is necessary to:
• stop the machine in accordance with the indications
set out in the "STOP" paragraph;
• disconnect the electricity supply by removing the plug;
• eliminate water from the machine.
BURNER
It is necessary to periodically clean the diesel nozzle and check the
regulations and the state of the electrodes.
The diesel nozzle must be replaced every 200 hours while electrodes
must be replaced every 500 hours.

Attention
Erroneous burner calibration involves an increase in fuel
consumption and creates discharge gases that are harm-
ful for the environment.
DIESEL FILTER AND PUMP
The diesel pump must be periodically disassembled and cleaned of
any residues. The diesel filter must be replaced every 100 hours of
functioning.
COMBUSTION CHAMBER
Every 200 hours of functioning the combustion chamber must be
completely disassembled and cleaned. After removing the upper cover
and extracting the nosepiece, extract the pipe coil and, using a metal
brush and an aspirator, eliminate soot and any combustion residues.
Attention
If, after a few hours of use, the pipe coil is covered with
soot have burner calibration checked by an assistance
centre.
