Streaks Appear in Images

Cause The document feed scanning area is dirty.
Remedy Clean the document feed scanning area. For information on cleaning the document feed scanning
area, see "Cleaning the Document Feed Scanning Area, " on p.18.
Cause The dust proof glass is dirty.
Use the dust proof glass cleaner included with the machine to clean the four areas illustrated below.
