LISTENING TO A CD
CD changer
The CD changer enables you to listen
to audio CDs and MP3 CDs/WMA CDs.
It can hold up to 6 CDs.
Press 8 to select the CD source.
Conditions of use
The CD changer only accepts audio
CDs, CD-Rs and CD-RWs with audio
tracks, standard format, MP3 and WMA
format tracks. Do not insert CDs of any
other format.
Insert the CD with the printed side up-
wards. An error message will be dis-
played if the CD is upside down.
Never try to insert a CD while the dis-
play reads "WAIT". You may damage
the CD changer.
Note: some protected files (copyright)
cannot be read.

Characteristics of MP3
and WMA CDs
MP3 files (parts) may be recorded in
folders (albums), to facilitate access to
the various CD tracks.
There can be up to 8 folders and sub-
folders (including the root folder).
The total number of MP3 or WMA files
and folders is 511. Additional files will
not be read. Only files with the exten-
sion MP3 and WMA can be read.
If a CD contains audio and MP3 or
WMA files, only audio files will be read.

Loading and ejecting CDs
Inserting a CD
Press 1. The system automatically se-
lects the first empty tray: an indicator
light comes on above it.
If you wish to select another tray, press
one of the keys on keypad 2.
If you try to insert a CD in an occupied
tray, the system automatically loads the
CD in the next available tray.
If there are no available trays, the mes-
sage "NO place" appears on the dis-
play, accompanied by a bleep.
Inserting several CDs
Press and hold 1 (bleep). The message
"Load all CDs" appears on the display,
accompanied by a bleep. If CDs are
already present, the changer fills the
empty trays. Insert the CDs you wish
to play.
The indicators located above the keys
of keypad 2 indicate the presence of
the CDs that have been inserted.
