Installation
Tape (included)
1. Check the location of where you want to place the puck light. Make sure it is clean and that there is no debris or dust.
2. Remove the plastic covering on one sticky side of the tape.
3. Place the tape in the center of puck light battery cover/mounting bracket.
4. Remove the plastic covering on the other sticky side of the tape.
5. Place the puck light battery cover/mounting bracket in the desired location. Press fi rmly and hold for fi ve (5) seconds so that the tape adheres to
the surface.
6. Attach puck light body to mounting bracket/battery cover by sliding into place.
CAUTION: Be cautious of what surface the adhesive is attached to, as it may remove paint or damage surface.
Screws (included)
1. Drill two pilot holes in the location where you want to mount the puck light. Use the mounting bracket with the arrow facing up. See illustration.
Mark holes with a pencil.
2. Insert screws (included) through opening in mounting bracket in pre-drilled holes. Tighten screws until battery cover is secure to surface. Do not
over tighten.
3. Attach puck light body to mounting bracket/battery cover by sliding into place.
Operating Directions
• Turn light on and off manually by pressing light cover or operate with included remote control
Remote Operation Using the Wireless Remote Control
Press the top left red button to power on and top right button to power off.
adjust brightness of light with the + / - buttons in the middle section of remote.
The auto-off timer feature may be set by pressing the corresponding 15, 30, 60 or 120 button on the remote control. For best performance, point
remote to the receiver (red lens) of light within 80 feet (24 meters).
1. Press the switch once to turn the LED lights ON.
2. Press again to turn the light OFF.
NOTE: It is recommended to mount the Puck Light with the Remote Control Signal Receiver facing out toward the
Remote Control.
Changing the Remote Control Batteries
If the Remote Control does not work to turn the LED lights ON, this may be an indication that the battery needs to be replaced.
Replacing the Batteries: REMOTE CONTROL-CR2025 battery required.
1. Follow illustration on back of remote.
2. Slide battery drawer out.
3. Remove battery.
4. Place new battery in position aligning polarity(+)(-) as indicated.
5. Slide battery drawer in.
This product contains a Button battery. If swallowed, it could cause severe injury or death in just 2 hours.
Seek medical attention immediately.
Inserting/Replacing the Batteries
If the LEDs appear to be dim this is an indication that your batteries need to be replaced.
To Install Batteries for the First Time:
Remove battery compartment housing at the back of the puck light. To do so, slide the mounting bracket/battery compartment cover towards the
"Open" arrow as shown in the "Install Batteries for the fi rst time" illustration. Remove the cover. Replace with three (3) new AAA batteries. Make sure
to follow battery polarity guide when installing new batteries. Replace mounting bracket/battery compartment cover by sliding towards "Close" arrow.
Note: If mounting light to wall, follow Installation instructions above.
NOTE: It may help to turn the light head or battery compartment cover clockwise or counter-clockwise as you are pulling it off.
To Replace Batteries Once Puck Light is Mounted:
1. Puck Light body will release from battery compartment cover/mounting bracket easily. Slide the light up and pull away from mounting bracket.
Note: Depending on how mounting bracket was installed, slide light in direction where it easily moves.
2. Remove old batteries (if replacing batteries).
3. Replace with three (3) new AAA batteries.
4. Make sure to follow battery polarity guide when installing new batteries.
5. Install light back on mounting bracket.
Battery Precautions:
1. Use only the size and type of batteries specifi ed.
2. Always purchase the correct size and grade of battery most suitable for the intended use.
3. Be sure to follow the correct polarity when installing the batteries as indicated in the battery compartment. Reversed batteries may cause damage
to the device.
4. Do not mix alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable (Nickel Cadmium) batteries.
5. Replace all batteries of a set at the same time. Do not mix old and new batteries.
6. Clean the battery contacts and also those of the device prior to battery installation.
7. Do not dispose of batteries in fi re.
8. Remove batteries if consumed or if product is to be left unused for an extended period of time.
