Cover Removal and Replacement

IMPORTANT: To remove or replace the cover, refer to the instructions provided with the cover and follow these warnings and the cover flap instructions.
Warnings:
- Before replacing the cover, make sure the foam insert and the cushion insert are correctly positioned and securely attached. See "Foam Insert Replacement" and
"Cushion Insert Replacement".
- If hook fastener strips were removed prior to washing, replace the strips.
Cover Flap Instructions (Hybrid Elite Cover only; does not apply to the Heavy Duty Cover)
Removing the Hybrid Elite Cover: With the cover unzipped, reach inside the cover and pull the inflation
valve through the opening so that is is inside the cover before removing the cover from the cushion. Repeat
for both sides.
Installing the Hybrid Elite Cover: With the cover unzipped, reach inside the cover and push the inflation
valve through the opening beneath the cover flap, and then close the cover flap. Repeat for both sides.

Cushion Insert Removal and Replacement

Cushion Insert Removal
1 Remove the cover from the cushion. Refer to the instructions provided with the cover
and to the "Cover Removal and Replacement" section in this manual.
2 Slide the tubing out of the loop on the foam insert.
3 Remove the tubing from the groove in the foam base and gently pull
through the hole in the foam base corner. Repeat for other side.
4 Remove the cushion insert from the contoured foam base.
Cushion Insert Replacement
1 Place the cushion insert on the foam base, lining up the hook and loop fastener strips.
Make sure the cushion insert is centered. Press down to securely attach the cushion insert
to the foam base.
2 Insert the tubing through the hole in the foam base corner. Repeat for other side.
3 Slide the tubing through the loop on the foam insert and press the tubing into the groove in
the foam base. Repeat for other side.
4 Confirm correct positioning of the foam insert. See "Foam Insert Replacement".
5 Replace the cover. Refer to the instructions provided with the cover and to the "Cover
Removal and Replacement" section in this manual.

Foam Insert Removal and Replacement

Foam Insert Removal
1 Remove the cover from the cushion. Refer to the instructions provided with the cover and
to the "Cover Removal and Replacement" section in this manual.
2 Slide the tubing out of the loop on the foam insert. Repeat for other side.
3 Flip the cushion over so that the cells face down and the bottom of the contoured foam
base faces up.
4 Pull the foam insert flap away from the hook fastener pieces on the bottom of the
contoured foam base. Repeat for the other side.
5 Flip the cushion over so that the cells face up and the bottom of the contoured foam base
faces down. Release the foam insert from the contoured foam base by pulling away from
the hook fastener pieces.
