Cleaning and maintenance
➤ Place the refrigerator on a firm base.
Ensure that the ventilation slots are at least 10 cm away from the wall so
that the heat that arises during operation can be drawn off.
➤ F05: Connect the device using the 12 V connection cable (1 2, page 3)
to the cigarette lighter or a 12 V socket in the vehicle, or use the cable with
the mains adapter (1 3, page 3) to connect it to a 100-240 V AC mains
supply.
➤ F15, F18: Plug the 12 V connection cable (1 2, page 3) into the DC
socket and also into the cigarette lighter or a 12 V socket ...
or
➤ F15, F18: Plug the 220–240 V connection cable (1 3, page 3) into the
AC voltage socket and connect it to the 220–240 V AC mains supply.
➤ F05, F15: push the switch (3 3, page 3) on the control panel to "HOT" or
"COLD" to switch the device on.
➤ F18: press the "HOT" button (heating, 5 2, page 4) or "COLD" (cooling,
5 6, page 4), to switch on the device.
✓ The refrigerator starts cooling/heating the interior and the appropriate
LED lights up.
Ensure that the objects placed in the refrigerator are suitable for
cooling or heating to the selected temperature.
➤ If you wish to switch the refrigerator off:
– F05, F15: slide the switch (3 3, page 3) to the "OFF" position
– F18: press the "OFF" button (5 4, page 4).
➤ Pull out the connection cable.
If you are not going to use the refrigerator for a long time, leave
the door slightly ajar to prevent unpleasant odours building up.
