HIDE YOUR DIALED OUT NUMBER

During making a phone call, if you don't want the number you are dialing is seen by anybody near
you, you can follow the below procedures to hide your dialed number.
Pick up the handset or press
number, '----' will be shown in the LCD instead of the dialed number.
Noted: the Hidden number will not be recorder in the redial list.

CALCULATOR FUNCTION

The unit has calculator function which can be used in both on hook and off hook mode.

Press the
button once to activate the calculator function

Use keypads to enter the number
The function keys used for the calculator function are shown as follows:

Press calculator button again will quit the calculator function.

FAULT FINDING

If the telephone fails to operate, the user must make the following checks:
1. Ensure the instrument is connected to the socket correctly
2. Ensure the hook-switch is depressed properly by placing the handset firmly on the base
3. Check the line is operating normally by unplugging the telephone and replacing by another
which is known to be working properly
4. Check that the telephone is operating by plugging it into another socket which is known to be
working properly
5. Make sure the batteries are installed in the unit according to the indicated polarities and the
battery power is not low
