Maintenance schedule

Regular maintenance prolongs the service life of the machine. More regular maintenance is
necessary for applications under difficult conditions.
Work to be done
Engine
Check oil level, top up if necessary
Oil change
Hatz 10.5 HP, amount 1.5 liters
B&S 13 HP, amount 1.4 liters
B&S 16 HP, amount 1.1 liters
Clean oil filter, Hatz
Clean the water separator
Carburetor, drain off water of condensation,
B&S
Clean the air filter
Replace the air filter
Clean the cooling air suction filter
Clean the cooling fins
Change fuel filter, B&S
Change fuel filter, Hatz
Replace spark plug, B&S
Adjust valve clearance, B&S
Adjust valve clearance, Hatz
Hydraulic gear unit
Check oil level, top up if necessary
Change oil and filter, amount 3.0 liters
Clean the cooling air suction filter
Clean cooling surface of hydraulic pump
