Changing hydraulic oil and filters
When refilling oil or checking the oil level, the machine must be positioned horizontally.

Bring the machine into a horizontal posi-
tion.
•
Unscrew the charging screw (A) with
integrated oil level gauge.
•
Check the oil level on the level gauge. If
necessary, refill prescribed oil until the oil
level is within the two marks.
•
Screw in the charging screw (A) with
integrated oil level gauge.
Oil change
•
Dismount the base plate (B).
•
Unscrew the drain plug (C).
•
Drain off the oil.
•
Unscrew banjo bolt (D), unscrew old oil
filter (E).
•
Apply oil to the sealing ring on the new oil
filter.
•
Screw in new oil filter, tighten banjo bolt
(D).
•
Screw in the drain plug (C).
•
Mount the base plate.
•
Bring the machine into a horizontal
position.
•
Unscrew the charging screw (A) with
integrated oil level gauge.
•
Refill oil until the oil level reaches the
maximum mark of the level gauge.
•
Screw in the charging screw (A) with
integrated oil level gauge.
•
For better ventilation of the hydraulic
system, the connecting piece of the
machine must be lifted by pressing the
handlebar downward.
•
Slowly drive the machine forwards and
backwards.
•
Switch off the engine.
•
Check the oil level (see above).
