FUEL OIL CONSUMER INSTALLATION DECOMMISSIONING
For the decommissioning of fuel oil consumer installations, proceed as follows:
• Switch the operation and heating main switch off
• Close the oil shut-off device
If both sides of the line are blocked, the pressure may rise due to temperature-related
changes in the volume of the fuel oil.
For decommissioning in seasons with a risk of frost, the fuel oil consumer installation should
be properly emptied.
DISPOSAL
In order to protect the environment, products contaminated with water-
hazardous substances or that have come in contact with such substances
must not be disposed of in the domestic waste, to public waters or channels.
The product must be disposed of via local collection stations or a recycling station.
