• Attach the back cushion (47) and the head pad (48) to the assembled base frame
unit. Use 4 bolts (29), 4 flat washers (19), and 4 nuts (21). Make sure to insert the
four bolts (29) from the outside of the frame. The washers (19) and nuts (21) need
to be on the inside of the frame.
• Insert the limiting pin (14) into the one of the provided holes to limit the maximum
angle as desired; turn the pin to fasten.
• Tighten all bolts.
• Note: The rotating mounting brackets must face down when attaching the back rest
or the product will not invert properly.
