Nap timer (NAP function)
Using the NAP function, you can set a timer alarm that will wake you up
with an alarm signal after 1–120 minutes. After exiting the system menu, N
appears on the LCD display followed by the remaining minutes or seconds.
When the nap time has elapsed, an increasingly loud alarm sounds. NAP
flashes on the LCD display and the set alarm time is displayed.
Deactivating the nap timer: When the alarm goes off, press any button to
end the timer.
To turn off the timer before the end of the alarm time, call up the NAP
function. Set the alarm time to 000 and press the dial to confirm the
selection. The nap timer is now deactivated.
Automatic switch-off (Sleep function)
• You can use the sleep function to automatically switch the device off
after 10–120 minutes.
• After the set time, the device will switch itself off automatically.
• To disable the Sleep function, select the setting Off as described above
and press the dial to confirm the selection.
Alarm
The device has two alarm functions, Alarm 1 and Alarm 2, both of which can
be programmed to play the last radio station you listened to or a certain
preset (DAB+ or FM) or to play an alarm at a specific time on certain days.
