2.4.
Digital display
In monitoring or parameter setting mode, the green digit on the left displays the rank of the parameter while the
other digits (red) indicate the value of the parameter.
Note: When the CYCLIC 2020 is powered on, the display indicates "_ _ _ _" during initialization (~1s), then the
EPROM version "2.04" during ~3 seconds.
2.4.1.
Management of COMPRESSED AIR by CYCLIC 2020
Two cases can arise:
1) If the hygrometry sensor is managed, the display indicates periodically the regulation pressure measured by the
system for 1 minute and the hygrometry temperature for 5 seconds. When the hygrometry temperature is
displayed, the green digit indicates the air treatment unit in service ("A" or "b") in the case of independent
hygrometry management.
2) If the hygrometry sensor is not managed, the display indicates the regulation pressure constantly.
If FLEXO mode is selected, the green digit indicates "F"; otherwise it remains blank.
2.4.2.
Management of VACUUM by CYCLIC 2020
In normal mode the display only indicates the regulation pressure.
If FLEXO mode is selected, the green digit indicates "F"; otherwise it remains blank.
If a pump didn't run during the last 24 hours, then it is switched on during a forced running of 15 minutes.
This function will avoid the seizing of the pump.
This 15 minutes time is modifiable by the paramater H from 0 to 30 minutes.
If H = 0 min, this function is inactive
2.4.3.
Hour meters
If the value is less than 9999h, the display indicates this value on the four red display windows and upwards of
10000h, the four red display windows indicate "10.00" without the units figure.

Keys
"Increase" [+] and "Decrease" [‐] keys:
increase or decrease the value of a setting parameter.
Keys only activated in parameter setting mode.
"high pressure threshold" and "low pressure threshold" keys,
Scrolling up or down:
scrolls through the list of settings in monitoring and parameter setting modes.
"Stop buzzer" key:
deactivates the buzzer for 15 minutes. Self‐activating.
The buzzer sounds (for 2 seconds) when a new alarm occurs.
No effect on alarm synthesis relay.
"test LEDs" key:
Pressing this key lights up all the LEDs, indicators, display digits and activates the
buzzer for test purposes.
"Network pressure" key:
Pressing this key causes alternating display of network pressure (with green digit ""),
cylinder A pressure (with green digit "A") and cylinder B pressure (with green digit "b")
if they are managed (with air only) [SW1‐7 (network pressure) and SW2‐3 (cylinder
pressure/ analogue or logical)].
If the network is not managed, the digital display indicates "_ _ _ _ "
"Hygrometry / Temperature" key:
‐ with air: Pressing this key causes alternating display of the hygrometry temperature
if it is managed (SW1‐6) with the green digit indicating "H" for management per
hygrometry line or "A" or "b" (air treatment unit in service) for independent
hygrometry management. If it is not managed, only the room temperature is displayed
with the green digit indicating "t".
‐ with vacuum: The temperature probe measurement with the green digit indicating
"t".
The LED comes on steady if faults have been stored. When this key is held depressed,
all the faults that have occurred since powering on (or the last fault clearing) are
displayed. If the LED is off, no faults are stored.
