2.8.
Inputs
2.8.1.
On/Off inputs
‐ 3 On/Off inputs:
motor safety [dry contact ‐ NC]
‐ 1 On/Off input:
selection of FLEXO mode: open = FLEXO managed and closed = FLEXO not managed
‐ 1 On/Off input:
switching of air treatment units [NC pulse contact]
(only in compressed air mode with independent hygrometry management)
2.8.2.
Analogue inputs
In the case of an analogue reading, if the sensor is disconnected or faulty, the display becomes "CC".
‐ 1 control pressure input
Absolute vacuum:
Relative vacuum:
Air:
‐ 1 network alarm pressure input
Absolute vacuum:
Relative vacuum:
Air:
‐ 1 hygrometry input (compressed air only)
Display of "H LL" (or "A LL or "b LL") if < 2.7 mA (connection broken)
2.8.3.
On/Off and analogue inputs (compressed air management only)
‐ 2 air cylinders frame pressure inputs:
The choice between an analogue and logical reading is made using switch SW2‐3.
Analogue sensor:
4 mA = 0 bar and 20 mA = 200 bar or 250 bar according to the switch SW1‐1.
Mechanical pressure switch: contact closed = air cylinders frame pressure OK.
contact open = problem with air cylinders frame pressure.
The number of cylinders sensor managed is indicated by the "P" parameter:
0 = air cylinder backups not managed
1 = air cylinder backups on C4A
2 = air cylinder backups on C4A and C5A
In the case of an analogue reading, if the sensor is disconnected or faulty, the display becomes "CC".
Note: if the air cylinder frames input is a logical input (pressure switches), when the
frame A then frame B, the display is "yes" if the contact is closed and "no" if it is open.

CYCLIC 2020
4 mA = 0 mbar and 20 mA = 1100 mbar.
4 mA = 0 mbar and 20 mA = ‐1000 mbar.
4 mA = 0 bar and 20 mA = 16 bar.
4 mA = 0 mbar and 20 mA = 1100 mbar.
4 mA = 0 mbar and 20 mA = ‐1000 mbar.
4 mA = 0 bar and 20 mA = 16 bar.
4 mA = ‐80°C and 20 mA = +20°C

2.8.4.
PT100 input
The sensor is used to measure the room temperature in the ‐20°C to +60°C range.
If the sensor is disconnected, the display indicates "tt", high temperature alarm is activated and the fan is
operating.

Outputs
‐ 3 on/off outputs:
order of command A, B or C : . ....... d ry contact ‐ NO ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
‐ 1 on/off output:
alarm synthesis: ..................... d ry contact ‐ Reversing switch ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
As long as an alarm is indicated (steady or flashing red light), the "alarm synthesis" output relay is active.
As it is if the CYCLIC 2020 is switched off.
‐ 1 on/off output:
network sensor contact (FLEXO): NO ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
It closes when the network pressure reaches the high alarm pressure threshold.
It opens when the network pressure reaches: the network alarm threshold ‐ hysteresis
(50 mbar for vacuum; 0.5 bar for compressed air).
Example:
with vacuum:
if A = ‐880 mbar,
B = ‐830 mbar.
with air:
if A = 12.5 bar,
B = 12 bar
Vacuum pump depressurizations function (with 2 network pressure sensors):
When a motor stops, the network alarm high threshold exit is closed during 3 seconds (and actuates the opening of
the atmospheric pressure solenoid valve).
‐ 1 on/off output:
fan:
‐ 1 on/off output:
channel in service/backup
(only for independent hygrometry management)
The contact switches if a hygrometry fault occurs or a switching request is made via the "Air treatment unit
switching" on/off input.
‐ 1 on/off output:
control sensor contact (FLEXO): NO ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
It is not activated until 6 seconds after powering on.
It closes when the control pressure reaches the high threshold.
It opens when the control pressure reaches the high threshold ‐ hysteresis
(50 mbar for vacuum; 0.5 bar for compressed air).
Example:
with vacuum:
if A = ‐850 mbar,
B = ‐800 mbar.
with air:
if A = 11.5 bar, B = 11 bar
dry contact ‐ NO ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
NO ‐ 250V ‐ 5A (non‐reactive load)
