Adjusting the shock absorber
Spring compression:
A double set of toothed and threaded rings is used to adjust and
set the position in order to change the preload on the spring.
- Loosen the bottom ring (1).
- Screw the top ring in or out (2).
- Set the position with the bottom ring (1).
Turn to the right for MORE PRESSURE.
Turn to the left for LESS PRESSURE.
Hydraulic compression:
Tightening or loosening the screw at the top adjusts the hydrau-
lic speed in both the compression and extension of the shock
absorber.
- Screw the screw in or out (3).
Turn to the right for GREATER HYDRAULIC SPEED (H).
Turn to the left for MENOS HYDRAULIC SPEED (S).
