    4. MOVING THE MACHINE This machine is fitted with castors to make it easier to move. Take care when moving the machine on an inclined surface. The overall height of the machine is 2090mm. Take care of any overhead obstructions. (e.g. Light Fittings, Electric Cables etc.) When moving the game, ensure that the game is dis-assembled into 3 parts: Monitor Assembly, Coin Tower, and Header Assembly.

    5-1 Fitting the Header Assembly The Header Assembly has a forward centre of gravity, so it is important that at least two people are used to fit or remove the Header Assembly. The fitting position of the Header Assembly is very high, and it is important that a means of reaching the height safely, without stretching, is available.

    5-2 Adjusting the Level Adjusters When the monitor cabinet is in its final position, lower the four (4) level adjusters with a spanner so that the machine is level and all castors are raised from the floor by approx. 5mm. Tighten the lock nuts with a spanner to ensure that the level adjusters do not move.

Connect the connector and refit the joint box cover plate with 4 off security screw (M5x12). Adjust the level adjusters on the coin tower so that the coin tower is stable and level with the monitor cabinet.

    5-4 Fitting the Pedal Assembly Fit, finger tight only, the joint brackets to the coin tower, with 4off security button head screw (M5x12). Place the pedal assembly close to the coin tower and connect the connector. Fit the pedal assembly inside the joint brackets, taking care not to trap any wires and fit, finger tight, the 4off security button head screws (M5x12).

    7. REMOVING AND REPLACING ASSEMBLIES AND PARTS 7-1 Replacing the Monitor The monitor is heavy. At least two people are required to remove the monitor. Remove the 2off upper security screw (M5x12) and slacken the 2off lower security screw (M5x12), and remove the monitor rear access panel. Remove the pozi head screw (M4x10) and remove the Earth wire and connectors from the monitor.

    7-3 Replacing the Pedal Switch Remove 4off security screw (M5x12) and remove the switch cover plate. Remove 2off pozi head screw (M3x16) and remove the switch. When replacing the switch, ensure that the wires are fitted to the correct terminals. Slacken the 2off whizztite nuts (M4) and adjust the microswitch bracket so that the switch plunger operates the switch correctly without bending the switch lever against the switch body.
