Charging essentials:
1） When a new or long-term disabled battery pack is charged, it may not be fully charged which is normal. Battery pack can
only be fully charged after several charge and discharge cycles. If the battery pack will be stored for a long time, be sure to
fully charge it before storing it to ensure the maximum service life of battery.
2） The battery pack shall be charged at 18-24 ° C to achieve maximum service life and optimum performance. Do not charge at
a temperature below 4.5℃ or above 40.5℃ . Otherwise, the performance of battery pack will be affected.
3） Do not freeze or put the charger into water or any other liquid.
4） If the battery pack is running out of power, charge it immediately. Do not continue to use it at low power. Otherwise, the
battery life will be affected.
5） During the charging, it is normal for the charger and battery pack to heat up
6） If the battery pack can not be charged properly:
a）Check if the charger is connected with the correct power supply.
b）Check if the charger is normal.
c）Check if the battery pack is damaged.
d）Check if the ambient temperature of the charger and battery pack is within the proper range.
e） If the fault still exists, please bring the charger and battery pack to local service center for repair .
f） Avoid the contact between the conductors such as metal and the pole piece of charger to protect the charger against
the short circuit at charging. Remove the charger from the power source before charging or cleaning.

Why the battery pack can not be inserted into the charger?
a） Check if the charger and battery pack are matched.
b） The battery pack shall only be inserted into the charger in one direction. Turn the battery pack until it can be inserted into
the hole in the charger. When the red indicator on the charger will come on, the charging will begin.
Why is the charging duration of same kind of battery pack different?
Charging duration is affected by many factors, but this is not a product defect.
a） If the battery pack is only partially consumed, it may be fully charged within 1 hour.
b） If the level of battery pack and ambient temperature are very low, it may take 1 to 1.5 hours for full charge.
c） If the battery pack is very hot, its internal temperature protector will be disconnected to stop the charging. At this time,
be sure to disconnect the power supply, remove the battery pack from the charger, and then recharge it after it drops to
room temperature.
Maintenance:
Be sure to pull off the plug before repairing or replacing the machine.
The charger does not require additional lubrication or other maintenance. Do not wash the charger with the water or chemical
cleaner. Wipe it off with a dry cloth. Charger shall be stored under the dry conditions.
Disposal of waste:
The damaged machine, accessories and packaging materials shall be classified in detail for recycling in line with
environmental protection requirements. All plastic parts are marked with material identifications to facilitate the
classification and recycling
