Loosen the spring washer (65), wave washer (66) and screw (67) by hex
wrench. Fix the handle bar (13) with Spring washer (65), wave washer (66)
and screw (67) by hex wrench.

Attach the console II (61) to the handle bar (13) first, then match the
console (58) I to the console (61) after connected all the wires properly.
tighten the whole console with round head cross screw (59) by spanner.
