5.1. Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the earphones to your
phone, do as follows:
• Ensure that the earphones are charged,
switched on, paired with and connected to
your phone.
• Ensure that the Bluetooth
on your phone.
• Check that the earphones are within 30 feet
of your phone and that there are no
obstructions between the earphones and the
phone, such as walls or other electronic
devices.
5.2. Precautions
• Your earphones are powered by a
rechargeable battery. The battery can be
charged and discharged hundreds of times,
but it will eventually wear out. Recharge your

designated for this device.
• Unplug the USB charger from the source
when not in use.
• Parts of the earphones are magnetic. Metallic
materials may be attracted to the headset.
Do not place credit cards or other magnetic
storage media near the headset, because
information stored on them may be erased.
• Do NOT drop, hit or shake the device.
• Do NOT disassemble, repair or modify the
earphones yourself.
• Do NOT use harsh chemicals, cleaning
solvents, or strong detergents to clean the
device.
• Do NOT expose the earphones to
excessive heat or to direct sunlight for long
periods of time.
• Do NOT store the device in a place with
high humidity or dust.
Note: *If earphones are not charging, make
sure that the contact points for charging on
the earbuds are clean and free of any foreign
material. Lightly wipe clean the contact points
on both the charging case and the earphones
as well. Test again.
